These people have no emotional attachment to food that causes internal struggles, whenever food choices present themselves, and they do not have to peel off the couch or bed to get a good exercise for the day - they simply just do it! Perhaps the best aspect of all is that the whole day is focused on calorie counts, fat grams, carbohydrates, and weight scale in the bathroom.

The second truth is that there are many other self-sabotaging beliefs disguising themselves as "facts" that are also having this person in the prison weight gain. I will always struggle with my weight.
